Programmes.
If you wish, we can supply these “mint” in your hand after games.

Departure Points/ Fare Collection.
Please, don’t forget to bring your match ticket! Our away trips depart from LUSC/ Branch HQ – the Old Peacock. For mid-morning and daytime departures we collect fares inside before leaving. N.B. Drinks cannot be served outside of licensed opening hours. If the game is exceptionally popular and necessitating more than one coach, then we will ask you to arrive early so all fares can be collected comfortably before departure time. For long-haul full day trips, when we leave at or before breakfast time, fares will be collected on the coach. Particularly on long trips we would prefer cheque payment for security reasons. Cars can be left on the pub forecourt but this is entirely at your risk and neither LUSC nor the Old Peacock will accept any liability for damage or theft.

Postal Bookings.
Use the attached form. Send it to Keith at 7 Westover Gardens, PUDSEY, West Yorkshire LS28 7NS. Postal bookings are acknowledged by phone, so please quote both your home/ mobile numbers, so we can contact you easily.

ALCOHOL. This is not allowed on any football coach at any time by law.
This applies equally to empty cans/ bottles/ flasks, any containers brand labelled or not. The fines for you, our organiser, the driver and the coach company are huge. The Police would impound the coach,
wherever it was. Our away travel would cease and ticket allocations for all the Supporters Club could be stopped. Always check your hold-all/ bag before boarding the coach. Many of us enjoy a pre-match drink, but know your limit. For merely appearing to be drunk outside a ground you can be arrested. Sorry, but we owe it to all our Members to warn them on this point. We can’t intervene if you are arrested. If you spot any alcohol bottle/ can etc. on our coach, please tell the nearest Branch Official immediately.

Smoking.
Since July 2007 this is illegal on all forms of public transport in the UK.

Your Match Ticket (Row & Seat No.).
The details on your ticket are recorded by Leeds United in case of any complaint about damage or behaviour by the seat occupant. If you find someone sat in your place who refuses to move, ask the nearest steward in a reasonable manner to assist. If LUFC travelling stewards are in the ground ask them. If necessary go to any Fullerton Park Branch Official.

Trip Schedules.
The Branch/ Coach Company have to comply with the Police and Traffic Commissioners instructions. Coaches must not arrive earlier than 2 hours or later than 1 hour before kick-off. Stops other than at service areas are subject to strict rules e.g. stopping within 10 miles of the venue is forbidden. We require the co-operation of everyone to ensure we keep on time. Driver liaison is the responsibility only of Branch Officials on the coach, not individual Members.

Emergencies.
It shouldn’t happen but, if you get injured or taken ill at a game we would expect someone, with a mobile phone, to stay with you. If you are quickly deemed fit to travel, we will do our best to ensure you return with the Branch, unless physically stopped by the Police. Testimony to our Members reputation is that we cannot recall ever having had someone arrested at an away game. However, should it happen to you and un-witnessed, please try to get a message to us. (We are the sole users of J & B Travel Coaches.) If you can’t return home with us, you must contact the Branch Secretary or Chairman as soon as possible. We must inform the LUSC Executive Committee within 48 hours of any arrest.
